Generally speaking, all our extensions have a lifespan of between 4 and 7 months.

Can I try the extensions?
When you receive your extensions, for hygiene reasons, it is not possible to try them on. You can open your package if you want to make sure the color is correct, but you cannot remove them from their packaging, as you will then be unable to return the product to our after-sales service.

We need to allow 10 business days for our advisors to investigate and deem your package lost. Once we can confirm that the package is lost, we can file a claim. Refunds or resends cannot be processed until the claim has been approved. Claims can take up to 30 days to be approved.

How do I make an exchange or return request?
Follow these steps:
1 – Go to your “my account” area.
2 – Click on “my orders”.
3 – Select the order you want and request a return. Specify whether you want an exchange or a refund, and don't forget to tell us the new color you want and click "return a product."
4 – Our customer service team will validate your return request (within 24 to 48 hours). You can now download your return slip (My Account > Product Returns) to include in your package. The address will be provided.
5 – You will be informed by email upon receipt of your package.
6 – We will either send your exchange or refund you, depending on your choice. We will process your refund within a maximum of 30 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used when you placed your order. If you paid by bank transfer, please email us your bank details to facilitate the refund.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once your package arrives at our warehouse, it takes 7 to 10 days for your return to be processed. If it's an exchange, we'll send you the new product at our expense. If it's a refund, our accounting department will take up to 30 days to process it.
I returned my product but I haven't heard anything
Ensure your return has been received by our warehouse by checking your order's return tracking number. If it has been received, it will take 7 to 10 days to process your request.

I sent the return, but I lost the tracking number
It's rare for a package to get lost in transit. We'll need to receive your return to process your request. If you've lost your tracking number and we don't receive your package at our warehouse, your request will unfortunately not be processed.
When will I receive my refund?
Upon receipt of your returned product, if the return complies with our return policy, you will be refunded within 30 days by the same payment method you chose to place the order.

Royal Extension sources its human hair from all over the world. We work with factories in India and China to manufacture our production line. This allows us to provide the highest quality hair at the best possible price. Our partners source their hair from Malaysia, Vietnam, Mongolia, India, and China. Depending on the product line, it is then manufactured to our specifications.
Are Royal Extension hair extensions ethical?
We source our hair directly from verified distributors, who rely on their long-standing reputation for ethical sourcing and quality hair. Human hair is donated, sold, or traded fairly and ethically in the region where it originates. Selling hair provides an additional source of income for women.
How much does it cost to install extensions?
The cost of installing extensions at Royal Extension depends on several factors: the type of extensions chosen, the length, and the desired volume.
Here are the details of our prices:
For applying adhesive extensions:
To calculate the price of a complete service, you need to take the price of an extension package and add €40 for installation.
Prices for our 20-piece tape-in extensions pack:
- €139 for a pack of 20 46 cm strips
- €169 for a pack of 20 56 cm strips
Generally, our customers opt for applying 2 packs of adhesives.
The price (all inclusive) therefore comes to:
- €358 all inclusive for the installation of 2 packs of 46 cm adhesive tape.
- €418 all inclusive for the installation of 2 packs of 56 cm adhesive tape.
For the installation of keratin extensions:
- €4.50 per 46 cm strand (extensions and installation included)
- €4.90 for a 56 cm strand (extensions and installation included)
Typically we apply 100 strands for a full head.

Yes, it is best to come with clean hair, without styling products (hairspray, oil, etc.) to ensure optimal adhesion, especially for adhesive and keratin extensions.
Can I make an appointment online?
Absolutely! You can book your service directly on our website (via Planity) for the Paris and Cannes trade shows.

Can I come without an appointment?
