Generally speaking, all our extensions have a lifespan of between 4 and 7 months.

When you receive your extensions, for hygiene reasons, it is not possible to try them on. You can open your package if you want to make sure the color is correct, but you cannot remove them from their packaging, as you will then be unable to return the product to our after-sales service.

1. Adhesive extensions (50g packs – 20 strips)

• Fine hair: 2 to 3 packs (100 g to 150 g) for a natural result.

• Normal hair: 3 to 4 packs (150 g to 200 g) for a full head.

• Thick hair: 4 to 5 packs (200 g to 250 g) for dense volume and maximum length.

2. Clip-in Extensions (Packs of 7 Clip-in Extensions)

• Maxi Volume 100 g: Suitable for fine to normal hair for light and natural volume.

• Luxury Hair 130 g: For medium volume, ideal for normal density hair.

• T-Style 180g: Provides considerable volume and length for normal to thick hair.

• T-Style 220 g: Perfect for those who want impressive volume, suitable for thick hair or for special occasions.

3. Keratin extensions, loops, and hairtips (1 g per strand)

The number of strands depends on the density of your hair and the desired volume:

• Fine hair: 100 to 120 strands (100 g to 120 g).

• Normal hair: 120 to 160 strands (120 g to 160 g).

• Thick hair: 160 to 200 strands (160 g to 200 g).

4. Specific cases

• Short hair (above the shoulders): You will need more extensions to blend the strands with your natural hair. Plan on about 20% extra strands.

• Long hair (mid-back or longer): You can stick to the standard extensions (thick hair) to achieve a natural, fuller effect.

Start by identifying your base color. The shade of your extensions should match your natural hair color, especially the lengths, as the extensions blend in primarily at this part. If you have different shades between your roots and ends, choose the lengths for a consistent result.

If you're in between colors, choose a shade slightly lighter than your natural hair color, as lighter extensions blend in more easily. You can also darken your extensions if needed, but it's harder to lighten them.

1. Gentle brushing: Use a soft brush, preferably a special extension brush, and always start by detangling the ends before working your way up to the roots.

2. Gentle wash: Wash your hair with a sulfate-free shampoo, avoiding harsh scrubbing. Apply the shampoo gently, massaging into the scalp, then rinse thoroughly.

3. Hydration: Regularly apply a moisturizing conditioner to the lengths and ends (avoid the attachment points). A nourishing mask can be applied once a week to keep the extensions soft and shiny.

4. Dry gently: Pat your hair dry with a towel after washing and avoid rubbing. Let it air dry as much as possible. If using a hairdryer, use a low heat setting and moderate speed.

5. Avoid oil-based products near the roots: Oils and greasy products can weaken the bonds, especially with tape-in ​​extensions. Apply them only to the lengths if necessary.

6. Tie it up to sleep: To prevent friction and tangles during the night, tie your hair in a braid or loose bun before going to sleep.
